A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

auburn ato fraternity alpha tau omega Auburn greek life
My name is Peter Stavros, and I am honored to serve as the President of Auburn ATO this year. I am a junior from Chicago, Illinois, pursuing a degree in Finance. On campus, I am involved with the Financial Management Association and serve as the Director of Industrials for the Auburn Student Investment Fund, and I have previously been active in Student Government. As an out-of-state student, I arrived at Auburn with limited knowledge of fraternity life. I quickly found my home in ATO when several brothers invited me to attend church with them during my first week on campus. Seeing the motivation, integrity, and success of the older members inspired me to become a better student and a better man. Joining ATO has been the most impactful decision of my college experience, and it has positively shaped the direction of my life. It is a privilege to be part of this fraternity’s rich history, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as President. I am committed to ensuring that every brother has access to the same opportunities, support, and experiences that have meant so much to me.
Now, let me provide some insight into the current state of the chapter. We are currently located at 926 West Magnolia Ave in Auburn, AL with 33 brothers living in the house.
Over the past few years our chapter has steadily grown into one of the largest and most engaged fraternities on Auburn’s campus. Today, our brotherhood stands strong with 211 active members, and we continue to excel in the classroom with a cumulative GPA of 3.31. Our brothers are also highly involved in leadership across campus. In the past 24 months, we've had members serve as SGA President (Jack Hilton), Plainsmen President (McRae Dickinson), Plainsmen (Carter Busby, Tony Jasso, and Conner Reece), FMA President (Jack Johnson), SGA Executive Vice President of Initiatives (Mims Jones), IFC Executive Vice President (Evan Pope), and dozens of additional brothers in other key leadership roles.

I am truly honored to serve as Worthy Master over the next year, and I look forward to all that we will accomplish together. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at pas0072@auburn.edu or (224) 360-4488.

Love and Respect,
